"NEEP organized a three-day training (6th - 8th of January) on Portable Emission Measuring System (PEMS) for biomass cooking stoves. Technicians from AEPC, NAST, and RETS have successfully completed the training conducted by Aprovecho. NEEP also supports the testing efforts of the national ICS program through laboratory equipment."
